Flower Child is a whimsical wonderland in cloth stitched by me Charlotte, third generation seamstress, quilter, mother, sewing teacher and flower grower.
I hand make all the items you see in my little studio overlooking the Northamptonshire countryside. I am very proud to continue the sewing tradition in my family and always have one foot in the past, researching old sewing techniques and heritage crafts. I guess you would say I am a modern traditionalist.
I specialise in making heirloom quilts using Liberty fabrics and natural fibres. I love the whole process of working with my clients and choosing the fabrics together. A quilt will last to pass on comfort and love through a family.
